Sanyo Xacti VPC FH1 Camcorder

Take a good look at the Sanyo Xacti VPC FH1 Camcorder. Nothing too special there me thinks. However, this is the first Camcorder to record video at 60 fps – frames per second – at 1080p.

Yes 1080p, not 1080i, p as in progressive hi-def resolution. What this means is that your home-made movies will be so much smoother and of such high quality that Harry Hill may well reject them from You’ve Been Framed for being too good.

The Sanyo Xacti VPC FH1 manages to track 12 faces in both video and still camera mode. Zoom is 16x and the still camera records at 8 megapixels.

One thing to watch. All this quality eats up SD cards so you may want to stock up.

Price is around £550 and it’s on sale now.
