Griffin Amplifi iPod Dock Speakers

The Griffin Amplifi sound speaker system is an awesome piece of kit. Although low on add-on features, its pure sound makes this one of the best iPod speakers around – and it’s less than £100 too. As well as adding to it’s great looks, the wooden cabinet enhances the bass tone, making the Amplifi’s sound pure and powerful.

Most of my music is encoded at the top of the quality range (224kbps) and still the Griffin Amplifi sounds great. The Amplifi has two 2.75 inch speakers and a five inch subwoofer. As you can tell, I’m a big fan of this brilliant sound system. The RRP is £130 but Amazon are selling them for about £90 (correct as of 28th Sept 2007). Griffin Journi iPod Dock Speakers Alternatively, the Griffin Journi is a mobile iPod speaker system – it folds flat for easy travelling. It measures 27.5 x 8.5 x 19 cm and weighs just 2.3kg. Don’t underestimate the power of this baby, it’s still a quality system and absolutely perfect for bedrooms and Christmas Gifts (please!). Want One?
