OLED has not really taken off on a large scale yet, but 2010 will change all that. OLED TVs are set to be the biggest thing of 2020, in the tech world.
Once that’s happened, watch for the rumours from CES 2010 to become reality, OLED notebooks and laptops. Laptop companies are looking to launch the OLED notebook later this year to give us brighter, less power-sapping screens.
Samsung has already confirmed plans to bring OLED notebooks in 2010, so they could be first in the queue to show off its portable PC efforts in Vegas.
