New BT Phones – Synergy, Stratus, Freestyle
BT Phones have recently announced the launch of their 2009 Dect Cordless Phones. These include new phones for the following ranges; BT Synergy, BT Stratus, BT Granite and the BT Freestyle. All of which are important to their cordless phone business. We think they’ve done a pretty good job.
BT Synergy 5100
The BT Synergy 5100 is the replacement cordless phone for the BT Synergy 4100 telephone. The features are similar, however the design and styling is a lot different. For example the BT Synergy 5100 handset is far slimmer than its predecessor, and stands a lot more upright in its charger.

BT Synergy 5500
With a built in digital answering machine the BT Synergy 5500 is the direct replacement for the BT Synergy 4500 Dect phone. The BT Synergy 5500 cordless Dect is also basically the same as a BT Synergy 5100, but with an answering machine included.

BT Stratus 1500
With a very sleak and stylish design the BT Stratus 1500 is one of BT’s top of the range models. The Stratus 1500 comes with a built in answering machine, and can also be purchased in multi packs such as twin and trio. The BT Stratus 1500 is slightly more expensive than some of the standard BT Dect phones, but this is to be expected as the BT Stratus 1500 is a high end model.

BT Granite
If you are looking for a Dect cordless telephone that has a slightly different design, the BT Granite is probably a good option. Most cordless Dect phones have a standard base that the handset stands up in, but the BT Granite sits flat inside the base itself. The BT Granite handset is small and compact, similar to some of the mobile telephones on the market.

BT Freestyle 710
The BT Freestyle range is a long running range of phones, and the latest model is the BT Freestyle 710 Dect Cordless. The BT Freestyle 710 handset is small with large chunky buttons, great for in the home or in the work place.

BT Freestyle 750
If you wanted a BT Freestyle 710 cordless with an answering machine then the BT Freestyle 750 is the model to look at. It has all the same features as the BT Freestyle 710 but has a 11min digital answering machine as well.
