However a company called Retell, or Re-Tell, have produced a range of call recording solutions that are both cost effective and low in cost. With options to record calls to the PC or record telephone calls to a tape recorder, Retell offer multiple ways of storing this information easily and efficiently.
Why Record Calls with Retell?
There are many different reasons why you may want to record your calls with a Retell telephone call recorder. It may be that you have a new member of staff and recording calls for training purposes means you can reveiw their calls at the end of the day. Maybe you find taking notes during conversations difficult, so having a recorder enables you to play the call back and make notes in your own time. Another reason is so you have a permanent record of an important conversation and recording with a Retell call recorder gives you that hard copy.
Retell Tape Call Recording Kits
Recording calls through an ordinary telephone line such as a BT line at home is very simple with the Retell 120 phone call recorder. It is a very simple device to use and set up as the Retell 120 kit plugs directly into the telephone line with the existing telephone, and then records any calls to tape. If you do not have an ordinary telephone line then Retell have a special device called the Retell 703N so you can record through any telephone handset socket. This means that even if you have a telephone on a phone system The Retell 703n call recording kit will work.
Retell 957 PC Call Recording
The Retell 957 solution for recording calls to your computer are very similar to the Retell recorders that record to tape. The only difference is that instead of the recording being stored to a simple tape cassette it is stored on your computers hard drive. Using the Retell 957 recorder to store all your calls electronically means that finding the information as well as storing it is much easier, you can even e-mail the sound files as well.
There are three different types of Retell 957 call recording software which are the Retell 957 Lite, Retell 957 Pro and Retell 957 advanced. Choosing between the Retell 957 Lite, Pro, and advanced all depends on what sort of volumes of calls you will be recording as well as the type of telephone you use.
